How to cook

Microwave From Frozen

Steam in 6 1/2 minutes

Tasty when microwaved straight from the freezer.

1. Place the bag on a microwaveable plate with the vent side up, unopened, into the microwave.

2. Microwave on full power for:

4mins 700W, 3 1/2 mins 800W, 3 1/2 mins 900W

3. Shake the bag gently.

4. Microwave on full power for a further:

3 1/2 mins 700W, 3 mins 800W, 3 mins 900W

5. Stand for 1 minute to allow sauce to thicken. Remove the bagfrom the microwave, shake, then cut the bag open to serve.

Be careful! the contents will be very hot. Stir well. During cooking the bag will slowly inflate as the steam builds up. A special vent in the bag will allow the steam to escape slowly during cooking.

- Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.

- These instructions are guidelines only.

- Do not refreeze after defrosting.
