Oven cook From Frozen

210°C, Fan 190°C, Gas Mark 6, 25-30 Mins Place the chargrill in an oven proof dish in the middle of the oven. Two or more portions may require longer time.

Absolutely awful. Tasteless fish and a sauce described as sundried tomato and basil that only tasted of salty garlic- ugh ! How can an established brand like Birds Eye get it so wrong.

Not keen on these at all, the fish seems to comprise of bits of fish compressed together making it rather solid - not a nice texture. The coating was quite pleasant though. Wouldn't buy them again.

What a quick, tasty and healthy meal. Just had this with Iceland's microwave quinoa and veg bags and a dollop of soured cream. Tasted amazing and hardly any washing up - dream!!

Looked delicious..but tasted awful..the fish was grey not white..couldn't eat it..just horrible!!

Really enjoyed this and the tray in side which you cook it in, is a great idea!

Cooked in the oven from frozen for 30 minutes.Very easy and really tasty. Nice tomato and basil sauce. Will buy again.
