How to cook

Hob From Ambient

1. Rinse 200g peas with water. 2. Place in large bowl. Add 560ml (1 pint) of boiling water, together with one steeping tablet. Stir and allow to stand for 12 hours. 3. Rinse again. Add 560ml (1 pint) of boiling water. Simmer (do not boil) for about 20 minutes until tender. 4. When peas are cooked, add salt and sugar to taste.
