How to cook

Grill From Defrost

Place under a preheated medium grill for 8-12 minutes, turning half way through cooking.

Cooking Instructions

Defrost required amount of prawns thoroughly at the bottom of the fridge before use and use within 24 hours.

Never defrost in a warm room.

Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Shallow Fry From Defrost

Pat dry on kitchen paper. Preheat frying pan to a medium-High heat. Add a little oil into preheated pan, cook prawns over a medium heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring continuously.
