How to cook

Oven cook From Frozen

For best results defrost before cooking. This product is raw and must be cooked thoroughly. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances vary. Ensure Dover Sole is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Remove product from packaging before cooking. 1. Pre-heat the oven to 220ºC / Fan 200ºC / Gas Mark 7. 2. Place Dover Sole on a lightly buttered oven dish. Sesaon with salt and pepper, then bake for 15-20 minutes or until the flesh just starts to come away from bone. 3. If you are serving as a whole cooked fish, we suggest that once you have eaten the first side you simply take hold of the head and pull gently upwards until the whole set of bones come away to reveal the other half of the meat.

Have tried nearly all of Iceland speciality fish but was so disappointed with this. Barely enough for one and no flavour at all such a shame.

A little pricey as 1 isn't enough for 2 people. Bring back the Red Snapper please that was excellent

Easy to make. Extremely tasty and meaty. Great price

Delicious, firm, meaty fish, exactly as a good dover should be. Price is pretty good too, bearing in mind they are ready skinned.
