How to cook
Oven Frozen
This product contains raw fish and must be cooked thoroughly. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances vary. Ensure fish fillets are piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Remove product from packaging before cooking.
Pre-heat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas mark 6.
Place fillets on foil, dot with butter and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Wrap loosely in foil and place on baking tray in the centre of the oven.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through. For fan assisted ovens, reduce temperature to 180°C/350°F/Gas mark

It is on the pricey side but its prepared well and consists of about 5 large fillets. A meaty filling fish. Will buy again.
