They looked lovely when we bought them. When they were cooked the colour had almost completely disappeared They were covered in white slime, alot more than the equivalent from other supermarkets. They were really bland and shrunk alot.

The fish is ok but it doesnt taste smoked so not much point to it really. It has changed recently and is nothing like as good as the previous ones

These were lovely generous sized portions previously. Bought 3 bags of these new ones and they were tiny, especially once defrosted. Thin end tail bits. Won’t be buying again, even with the special offer price.

Waited ages for these to arrive back in stock. What a disappointment. Tiny pieces of fish and certainly not the quality of previous stock.

Smoked haddock is the best fish ever, not too keen on these, don't taste that nice compared to the old ones
Submitted by Lucy Gibbons on 4/4/2022
Two reasonably sized fillets. Flaky & tasty fish, fairly gentle smoking, but not overpoweringly so. Followed the oven instructions closely and they turned out perfect. Will buy again.

I'm so glad this has come back in stock ,just saw it yesterday and ordered straight away..

This is the best smoked haddock when you can get it! It has been out of stock for weeks and weeks and suddenly appeared again a couple of weeks ago and then it disappeared from sale again without even an “out of stock” sign on it! I wish Iceland would tell us why this is. I noticed it was in stock again yesterday and quickly put in a home delivery order and it has been delivered today. We will enjoy it while we can get it!
