Barbecue From Frozen
This product is suitable for barbecue. Follow chosen instructions and finish off on the barbecue.
Cooking Instructions General
The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving. Do Not refreeze after defrosting.
Oven cook From Defrost
Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven Fan 200°C / Gas 7. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 8 minutes. Turn half way through cooking. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Oven cook From Frozen
Preheat oven Fan 200°C / Gas 7. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 14-15 minutes. Turn Half way through cooking. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Shallow Fry From Defrost
Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator overnight. Place in a dry pan and fry over a medium heat for 6 mins. Turning occasionally, reduce heat if necessary. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
