Had these Belgian blue steaks rare with home-made sweet potato oven chips and sautéed mushrooms. Very good value, tender. No sinew in ours.

I was looking forward to this but it turned out to be full of sinew and was inedible. I have had to throw one steak away.

Colour was slightly off putting but gently cooked these were delicious.
