How to cook

Casserole Chilled

per 500g

Remove all packaging.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.

Fry the shoulder steak for 1 to 2 minutes turning frequently.

Place in a casserole or oven dish and cover with stock.

Gently cook for approx 1 ½ hours per 500g.

Cooked in slow cooker with veg and gravy. Meat was so tender. Will try cooking with barbeque sauce next time as these cuts of pork will be perfect .

My mum likes it, but the slices are a little thinner than expected.

These butchers markets pork shoulders were great, they are quality cuts fresh and in date, perfect! Really can't complain, they went down a treat as if I went to the butchers. The price is good too! :)
