How to cook
Shallow Fry
Preparing the perfect steak
Remove from all packaging, allow to stand for 20 minutes.
Lightly season each side of the steak and rub with a little oil.
Pre-heat a frying pan over a high heat.
Fry, turning once, cooking to time stated: Rare: 2-3 minutes each side. Medium: 4-5 minutes each side. Well done: 6-8 minutes each side. Optional - during last minute of cooking time, add a knob of butter to the pan.
Allow to rest on a warm plate for a few minutes.

KEEP FROZEN. Defrost thoroughy in a refrigerator for 12 hours before cooking. Cook and consume within 24 hours of derosting. DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING.

Worse Steak I've ever had. Very tough & lots of fat. We ended up throwing it away & going to our local shop for some fresh chicken. Couldn't face another steak after that. Never had Ribeye before, I will stick with Fillet from now on.

Very poor steak doesn’t look like ribeye doesn’t taste like ribeye because it’s not Ribeye,I’ve eaten Ribeye all my life had friends working in Liverpool abattoir so got Ribeye every week,this is not Ribeye,very poor
