Prawn and Pea Curry

  • 396g Iceland Fish Market King Prawns
  • 150g Iceland Ready to Cook Diced Onions
  • 150g Iceland Quick Cook Sliced Mixed Peppers
  • 225g Iceland Freshly Frozen Garden Peas
  • 500g Iceland Tikka Sauce
  • Iceland Easy Steam White Rice – 3 bags
  1. Simply fry the onions and peppers over a medium heat until softened (no oil required).
  2. Add sauce, prawns and peas and simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve with Iceland Easy Steam White Rice, follow cooking guidelines on pack.
