Baked Tuna Tomato & Olives

We’ve combined high quality tuna steaks, juicy tomatoes and olives with original Opa Opa sauce to create this gorgeous, quick and easy mid-week supper for the whole family.

  • 8 tuna portions
  • 700g vine tomatoes
  • 150g Piccolo tomatoes
  • 100g chilli
  • ¼ garlic bulb
  • Pack of mixed olives
  • 150ml original Opa Opa sauce
  1. Roughly chop the vine tomatoes and garlic.
  2. Lightly oil, then season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix together the tomatoes, garlic, Opa Opa sauce and olives. Season with salt and pepper. Set to one side.
  4. Place tuna steaks into serving dishes and spoon tomato mixture over and around.
  5. Place in a pre-heated 200 celsius oven for 10 minutes. When cooked drizzle with olive oil and finish with a twist of black pepper.
