Prawn Cocktail Lettuce Cups
Ingredients
- 300g prawns
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1-3 drops Worcestershire sauce
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 Iceberg lettuce
- ½ avocado
- ½ red onion
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Method
- Cook your prawns in a hot pan and leave to cool completely.
- Make your Marie Rose sauce by combining the mayo, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and lemon with a good crack of black pepper. Add the prawns and stir to combine.
- Separate and wash your lettuce leaves and cut off the bottom.
- Arrange the leaves on a plate and fill with one or two prawns and some marie rose sauce.
- Finish with avocado, onion, pepper and finally a little sprinkle of smoked paprika.
