Prawn Cocktail Lettuce Cups

Ingredients

  • 300g prawns
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1-3 drops Worcestershire sauce
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 Iceberg lettuce
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Method

  1. Cook your prawns in a hot pan and leave to cool completely.
  2. Make your Marie Rose sauce by combining the mayo, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and lemon with a good crack of black pepper. Add the prawns and stir to combine.
  3. Separate and wash your lettuce leaves and cut off the bottom.
  4. Arrange the leaves on a plate and fill with one or two prawns and some marie rose sauce.
  5. Finish with avocado, onion, pepper and finally a little sprinkle of smoked paprika.
