Pizza Topped Omelette Wedges

DEFROSTING REQUIRED: No

TIME: Prep time - 10 mins. Cook time - 10-12 mins

METHOD

1. Heat the grill on a medium to high setting. Beat the eggs together and season with salt and pepper. Heat a non stick frying pan over a medium heat with a little oil and add the eggs. Allow the eggs to cook until they are almost set.

2. Place the omelette under the grill to set and puff the eggs, then spread the paste, add the grated mozzarella, the mushrooms and the ham. Continue to grill until the cheese has melted and the mushrooms are hot.

3. Cut into wedges and serve with your favourite sides.

INGREDIENTS:

8 eggs

2 tbsps tomato paste

Iceland honey roast ham

Iceland frozen mushrooms

Iceland grated mozzarella
