Mexican Quorn and Bean Quesadilla Cups Recipe
Mexican Quorn & Bean Quesadilla Cups

DEFROSTING REQUIRED: No
TIME: Prep time - 10-15 mins. Cook time - 10-12 mins
METHOD
1. Pour the quorn mince, the bean salad, old el paso and the ketchup into a large mixing bowl and mix well.
2. Place the flour tortillas onto a cutting board and cut 3 small circles using a plate as a guide. Push the cut tortillas into a muffin tin and fill the tortilla cups with the quorn mince mix.
3. Top with the grated cheddar and place into a preheated 170c fan oven for 10 to 12 minutes.

1 tin of drained and rinsed 5 bean salad
1 packet old el paso seasoning
50g tomato ketchup
4 Iceland flour tortillas
100g Iceland grated mature cheddar
