3 Ingredient Banana Pancakes

DEFROSTING REQUIRED: No

TIME: Prep time 5 mins & Cook time 6 to 8 mins

METHOD

1. Mash the bananas up until smooth. Beat the eggs and mix into the bananas. Add the flour and mix to a thick batter.

2. Heat a non stick pan over a medium heat. Add a little oil of spray with oil and spoon 2 table spoons of batter in the pan, leave for 1 minute and carefully flip over and leave for another minute or until cooked. Top with your favourite fruit (Iceland frozen blueberries) or drizzle with honey.

50g self-raising flour
