Bagel Pizza Wheels

Super simple, quick and tasty – these mini pizza bagels will have the kids running to the table and even wanting to get involved!

SERVES: 2

DEFROSTING REQUIRED: No

TIME: Prep time: 5 mins. Cook time: 5 mins

METHOD

1. Toast the bagels either in a toaster or under the grill.

2. Spread an even layer of tomato paste over the toasted bagel.

3. Top with your favourite toppings. (for this recipe it is ham, mushrooms and cheddar)

4. Place the bagels onto a baking tray and under a hot grill for around 2 minutes or until the cheese melts.
