1. Defrost the cheesecake and then carefully cut into 16 squares.
2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds, then stir and then heat again for another 30 seconds, keep warming the chocolate and stirring until it has melted.
3. Push a chocolate finger into the cheesecake, dip into the chocolate and place onto a pre lined tray with non stick paper on it.
4. When all the cheese cake squares are coated place the tray into the fridge for 30 minutes until set.
