Which stores offer Home Delivery?
To find your nearest store that offers Home Delivery simply enter a town or postcode into our Store Finder and it will show a picture of a Home Delivery van next to the stores that offer the service.
How much does it cost to have a Home Delivery?
Home Delivery is available when you spend £25 or more and delivery is free.
Where do you deliver to?
Home Delivery is available within a 10 mile radius of the store (3 mile perimeter within the M25). To find your nearest store that offers Home Delivery simply enter a town or postcode into our Store Finder and it will show a picture of a Home Delivery van next to the stores that offer the service.
What are your delivery times?
These vary by individual store but in the majority of cases you can choose from 2 hour slots between 10am and 8pm. Available delivery times can be found on a sign at the front of each store.
How is my shopping delivered?
Temperature controlled vans will deliver your shopping direct to your door in perfect condition, ensuring your frozen food stays frozen and your chilled food stays chilled. Your grocery items will be safely stored and delivered with the rest of your shopping.
How do I register for the service?
Pick up a Bonus Card registration form and card from your local store, fill in your details and hand your completed form to a member of staff.
Can I do my shopping online?
Online Shopping at Iceland has arrived, but we're starting small. Delivering our customers great value and excellent service are important to us, so to make sure we get everything right, we’re starting very small and trialling the service in a small number of stores. If your address isn’t covered by the new service then don’t worry; more areas will be added all the time and if you leave your details with us we’ll let you know when Online Shopping is available to you. What is the Bonus Card?
The Bonus Card saves you money on your shopping, gives you exclusive entry into our fantastic competitions and it comes with the added benefit of Home Delivery.
How does it work?
Unlike other store loyalty cards there are no points to collect – just swipe your card at the checkout every time you shop and you’ll automatically qualify for these great benefits.
How can I apply for a Bonus Card?
It’s easy. Just pop into your local Iceland store and complete a Bonus Card registration form. Hand it in at the checkout and the cashier will activate your card for you and you can start benefiting right away!

What happens if I forget my Bonus Card?
If you would like Home Delivery but have forgotten your Bonus Card, the cashier should be able to find your details on the system and your shopping will be delivered as normal. Only transactions made using a valid Bonus Card will obtain entry into the monthly prize draw.
How do I change my address details?
You can complete a change of details form in-store. Simply ask a member of staff for an 'Address Change Form'. Please complete this and hand it back to the cashier. We will then arrange for your details to be updated. Alternatively please click here to update your details online.
I’ve lost my card, what should I do?
If you have lost your Bonus Card or if you have had it stolen you will need to re-register. The next time you are in-store please complete another registration form, you can start using the new card straight away. We will then arrange for the history of the old card to be added to the new card.
