About your Bonus Card

What is the Bonus Card?
The Bonus Card saves you money on your shopping, gives you exclusive entry into our fantastic competitions and it comes with the benefit of Home Delivery. In addition to these benefits you can also use your Bonus Card to save money.

How can I get a Bonus Card?
Any one can have a Bonus Card, simply pick up a registration form next time you're in-store.

What happens if I forget my Bonus Card?
If you would like Home Delivery but have forgotten your Bonus Card, the cashier should be able to find your details on the system and your shopping will be delivered as normal. Only transactions made using a valid Bonus Card will obtain entry into the monthly prize draw. You will not be able to put onto a Bonus Card unless you have it with you.

Can I collect points?
No, unlike other store loyalty cards there are no points to collect – just swipe your card at the checkout every time you shop and you'll automatically qualify for lots of other great benefits.

I've lost my card, what should I do?
If you have lost your Bonus Card or if you have had it stolen you will need to contact us as soon as possible so as we can disable your card. We will send you a new card and key fob with a new number.

Win with Bonus Card

How can I win prizes with my Bonus Card?
Every time you swipe your Bonus Card you will automatically be entered into our monthly prize draw. Also, don't forget to look out for additional competitions and prize draws throughout the year.

Save with Bonus Card

How can I save money on my Bonus Card?
You can save directly onto your Bonus Card. Simply tell the cashier how much money you would like to save and we’ll load it directly onto your Bonus Card for whenever you want to spend it*. Plus, for every £25 you save, we’ll give you £1 absolutely free.

How can I save money with my Bonus Card?
Look out for exclusive money off coupons and savings on your till receipt throughout the year when you shop and swipe.

Can I save on my Key Fob?
Yes, your Key Fob has exactly the same benefits as your Bonus Card.

I have added savings to my Bonus Card but they are not showing on my online account, what should I do?
It can take up to 48 hours for your savings to appear online.

Home Delivery

What is Home Delivery?
Spend £25 or more in-store and we will deliver your shopping to you in one of our special refrigerated vans, at a time that suits you.

Which stores offer Home Delivery?
To find your nearest store that offers Home Delivery simply enter a town or postcode into our Store Finder and it will show a picture of a Home Delivery van next to the stores that offer the service.

How much does it cost to have a Home Delivery?
Home Delivery is available when you spend £25 or more and delivery is free.

Where do you deliver to?
Home Delivery is available within a 10 mile radius of the store (3 mile perimeter within the M25). To find your nearest store that offers Home Delivery simply enter a town or postcode into our Store Finder and it will show a picture of a Home Delivery van next to the stores that offer the service.

What are your delivery times?
These vary by individual store but in the majority of cases you can choose from 2 hour slots between 10am and 8pm. Available delivery times can be found on a sign at the front of each store.

How is my shopping delivered?
Temperature controlled vans will deliver your shopping direct to your door in perfect condition, ensuring your frozen food stays frozen and your chilled food stays chilled. Your grocery items will be safely stored and delivered with the rest of your shopping.

Can I still have Home Delivery if I forget my Bonus Card?
If you would like Home Delivery but have forgotten your Bonus Card, the cashier should be able to find your details on the system and your shopping will be delivered as normal. Only transactions made using a valid Bonus Card will obtain entry into the monthly prize draw. You will not be able to put onto a Bonus Card unless you have it with you.

Can I do my shopping online?
No, however, customers who spend £25 or more in-store can take advantage of our free Home Delivery service.

Changing you personal Details

How do I change my address details?
You can check and update your details online. You will need to activate your online 'My Bonus Card' account before you can update your details.

I’ve updated my details but it is not showing on my account
It can take up to 48 hours for changes to your details to appear on your account.

Shopping Online

Can I do my shopping online?
We are currently offering online shopping to a small number of locations. Delivering our customers great value and excellent service are important to us, so to make sure we get everything right, we’re starting very small and trialling the service in a small number of stores. If your address isn’t covered by the new service then don’t worry; more areas will be added all the time and if you leave your details with us we’ll let you know when Online Shopping is available to you.

Charity

Over the years Iceland has been a generous supporter of many charities. Last year, for our lead charity, Help for Heroes, we raised over £1.5m. Iceland has also over the last few years raised over £3m for Alder Hey and £300,000 for Prostate Cancer, as well as supporting our local charity Save the Family.  This year we have launched the Iceland Foods Charitable Trust Foundation and under that foundation we will again be supporting Prostate Cancer, Save the Family and our lead charity, which for this year is Alzheimer's Research UK.

Purchasing Iceland Vouchers

  • Iceland vouchers can be purchased from our Head office
  • There is a £5 delivery charge on voucher amounts less than £50.
  • We are unable to send £1 vouchers out (£5, £10 and £20 vouchers only.
  • We can deliver the voucher to an alternative address but the payment must be made by cheque


To pay by Cheque
Send a letter to Customer Care department, Iceland Foods, 2nd avenue, Deeside industrial estate, Deeside, Flintshire, CH5 2NW. Include you name, address and telephone number. The amount of vouchers you would like to purchase and a cheque made payable to Iceland foods. On receipt of this we will send the vouchers to your chosen delivery address.

To pay by Credit Card.
You can email our Customer Care team via the ‘contact us page’ on our website or send a letter to Customer Care department, Iceland Foods, 2nd avenue, Deeside industrial estate, Deeside, Flintshire, CH5 2NW. Include you name, address and telephone number and the amount of vouchers you would like to purchase. DO NOT include your credit card details.  You will receive a call on either the Tuesday or Thursday (whichever day is nearest) from the cash and banking department to take the payment and arrange delivery of your vouchers.
