Ingredients
- No Meat Chick Strips
- 4 kebab sticks
- 2 Iceland sweet peppers
- 1 red onion
- Florette salad
- 4 Tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp Schwartz crushed chilli
- Warburton’s soft pittas

- 4 skewers
- Bowl
- Wooden spoon
- Plate
Method
- Place the No Chick Strips in a bowl. Allow to defrost slightly.
- Sprinkle over teaspoon of dried chillies and add Sriracha sauce. Stir to combine all the ingredients.
- Chop the red & yellow peppers into large chunks. Cut red onion into quarters and separate the pieces into petals. Take 4 kebab sticks and thread the No Chick Strips and vegetable pieces on, in alternate colours and pieces.
- Grill in the oven or on a BBQ until coloured and cooked throughout. Pour on an extra drizzle of Sriracha sauce when ready to serve.
- Serve with a salad and pitta bread.
