  • 4 luxury ciabatta rolls
  • 4 southern fried chicken thigh burgers
  • 8 smoked cheese slices
  • 8 rashers of smoked back bacon
  • Iceland luxury coleslaw

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees, then cook the chicken thigh burgers according to instructions on the packet.
  2. While they’re cooking, grill or pan fry the eight rashers of bacon, making sure to turn occasionally.
  3. Heat a dry griddle pan and toast your ciabatta rolls, then it’s time to build your burger.
  4. Add a dollop of barbecue sauce to the base of each roll and top with the chicken thigh burger.
  5. Top off each burger with two slices of smoked cheese, two bacon rashers, coleslaw and the ciabatta lid – plus a drizzle of mayonnaise, if desired.
