• Iceland Beef Frozen Meatballs 600g
• 2 cartons of Napolina Tomato Passata 500g
• 2 cups of Iceland Frozen Diced Onions
• 2 tbsp Iceland Frozen Chopped Garlic
• 1 tsp Schwartz Italian Herb Seasoning
• 350g Spaghetti
• 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
• 1 Beef Stock Cube
• 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
• Salt and Pepper to taste

Method

  1. Place a large pan over a high heat and add the olive oil and the meatballs. Cook for 3 or 4 minutes to brown them on all sides.
  2. Reduce to a low heat and add the garlic and onions and continue to cook for 3 minutes. Add the boiling water and then transfer to the slow cooker.
  3. Pour in the herbs, stock cube, tomato puree, salt and pepper and passata and cook for 4 hours on low.
  4. Cook the spaghetti as per the packet instructions and drain well.
  5. Mix the pasta through the meatball marinara and serve immediately. Delicious!
