What you’ll need

Ingredients

  • 20 crispy battered fish fillet chunks
  • 2 Iceland salad pack
  • 8 slices cooked and diced smoked streaky bacon
  • 200g grated parmesan
  • The juice of 1 lemon

From The Cupboard

  • 200g mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and pop a baking tray with 10 crispy battered fish fillet chunks in the centre of the oven for 25-30 minutes.
  2. For the dressing, add mayonnaise, ½ cup of parmesan, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and lemon into a blender. Blend for 10 seconds and season to taste.
  3. Prepare the salad and place into two serving bowls. Top with fish fillet chunks, drizzle with Caesar dressing and add the diced bacon.
  4. Sprinkle over the reaming parmesan cheese and season with black pepper to taste.
