  • 4 luxury Iceland brioche rolls
  • 4 extra tasty burgers
  • 150g Costello Danish blue cheese
  • 1 bag luxury onion rings
  • 1 little gem lettuce divided between the buns

  • Sriracha

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Once up to temperature, cook the burgers according to the packet instructions, followed by the onion rings.
  2. Heat a dry griddle pan and toast the brioche buns, then drizzle some sriracha on the base of each bun and top with lettuce leaves.
  3. When the burgers are cooked, top with some blue cheese and put back in the oven for 2-3 minutes until melted.
  4. Place burgers on the lettuce-lined buns, top with onion rings and place the bun lid on. Bon appétit!
