  • 4 double cheese burger patties or sausage breakfast patties
  • 4 cheese slices
  • 4 fried eggs
  • 4 hash brown waffles
  • 8 rashers of bacon

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees, then cook your patties and hash browns according to the packet instructions.
  2. While the burgers and hash browns are in the oven, pan fry eight slices of bacon and four eggs – making sure your egg yolk is a little runny.
  3. Heat a dry griddle pan to toast each burger bun, and you’re ready to start stacking.
  4. Layer two slices of bacon and a hash brown waffle on each burger bun, followed by your burger patty, cheese slice and a fried egg.
  5. Top with brown sauce and the bun lids to finish.
