What you’ll need

  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Eggs
  • Del Monte Frozen Blueberries
  • Hillton Clear Honey
  • 50g Self Raising Flour

Method

  1. Defrost your blueberries at room temperature for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  2. When ready, beat your eggs in a bowl and mash the bananas in another.
  3. Combine both the eggs and banana together.
  4. Add in the flour and mix again until you get a smooth batter.
  5. In a non-stick frying pan on high heat, add a big dollop of the batter and fry each side for one minute.
  6. Repeat the process until all your batter is finished, then top with your extra juicy blueberries and honey!
