  • 2 Luxury Halloumi Burgers
  • 2 Luxury Brioche Buns
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 100ml Crucials Spicy Mayo
  • 30g Florette Baby Leaf & Spinach Salad
  • Skin on Fries to serve

Method

  1. Slice 4 large chunks off your red pepper and pop into the air fryer for 10 minutes at 180. Take it out and leave to cool.
  2. Cook your halloumi burgers in the air fryer at 180 for 15-17 minutes.
  3. Toast your brioche buns. Spread with the chilli mayo on both halves and place your salad leaves at the bottom.
  4. Top the brioche with the cooked halloumi burgers and the red pepper. Enjoy with skin on fries or at a BBQ!
