Cook up these delicious Indian Pakora Fish Wraps in your air fryer for a speedy low-cost lunch. Cooking in an air fryer takes less time than than using a conventional oven, so it's more cost effective especially if you only have one or two things to cook.This recipe includes our Pakora Fish Fillet Strips, fresh salad and sweet Mango Chutney. Ingredients

  • 450g Iceland Pakora Fish Fillet Strips
  • 8 Iceland White Tortilla Wraps
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 3 Carrots
  • 300g Fat Free Greek Style Yoghurt
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 75g Mango Chutney

Method

  1. Cook your Pakora Fish Strips in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Or if you prefer chicken, try our 100% Chicken Breast Fillet Pakora Chicken Strips!
  2. Grate the carrot, slice the red onion into strips and cut half the cucumber into semi circles.
  3. Grate the remaining half of the cucumber and stir it into the yoghurt.
  4. Heat up the tortilla wraps in the microwave at 800W for 30 seconds.
  5. Top the wraps with the mango chutney and add the carrot, cucumber slices and onion.
  6. Finally, add 2-3 pakora fish fillet strips per wrap and finish with a drizzle of cucumber yoghurt.
