Ingredients

  • 2 packs of Iceland Bubble Bobble King Prawns
  • Iceland Steamed White Rice Bags
  • Iceland Frozen Broccoli Florets
  • Iceland Frozen Chopped Chilli
  • Iceland Frozen Chopped Garlic
  • 100g Mayonnaise
  • Chilli Sauce/Sriracha
  • 1 Lime
  • Iceland Sugar Snap Peas

Method

  1. Pop the prawns into the air fryer and cook at 180 for 10-12 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, make the sauce by mixing the mayo, chili sauce, sriracha and the juice of half a lime. Cut the remaining lime half into quarters and save for garnish.
  3. Simmer the broccoli for five minutes in a pan of slightly salted water. Drain well.
  4. Cook the rice in the microwave for 3 minutes at 800W. Leave to stand for 30 seconds before opening the bags.
  5. Cut the sugar snap peas into strips. Heat up a frying pan and add a tablespoon of sunflower oil. Add the chili and garlic and fry until fragrant. Add the sugar snap peas and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Carefully remove the prawns from the air fryer. Plate up next to the rice and veg and drizzle with your Bang Bang sauce.
