  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Egg
  • 100g Cornflakes
  • Iceland Ridiculously Crispy Skin On French Fries
  • 40g Plain Flour

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Beat the egg in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the flour on a plate and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Crush the cornflakes and place them on a separate plate.
  5. Coat each defrosted chicken breast in the flour, then the egg, and then the cornflakes.
  6. Place the chicken breasts and fries on baking trays and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and crispy and the chicken is cooked in the centre.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
