Ingredients

  • Iceland Chicken Breast Fillets
  • Iceland Frozen Stir Fry Mix
  • Iceland Tenderstem Broccoli
  • 4 Noodle Nests
  • 1 Lime
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Olive Oil

Method

  1. Cut your chicken into bitesize chunks.
  2. Heat up a splash of olive oil in a frying pan over a medium/high heat. Add the chicken and season to taste. Fry for 7 minutes or until browned all over.
  3. Meanwhile, cook your noodles according to packet instructions. Sometimes, boiling water on top is just enough - don't waste energy simmering these on the hob if you don't have to!
  4. Add the stir fry mix, broccoli and chilli flakes and fry for 2 minutes further.
  5. Finally, add the soy, lime juice and siracha and give it a good mix. Stir fry for 1 minutes further before splitting between four bowls. Then, enjoy!
