Ingredients

  • Iceland Lean Beef Meatballs
  • Ragu Bolognese Sauce
  • 2 tsp Iceland Frozen Garlic
  • Iceland Luxury Brioche Hotdog Rolls
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 100g Iceland Grated Mozzarella

Method

  1. Heat up a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil and fry the meatballs until they are browned on all sides.
  2. Add the Bolognese sauce, Italian seasoning and the garlic and cook for another 15 minutes over a low heat.
  3. Open your hotdog rolls and place grated cheese on both sides. Cook in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  4. Place four of the meatballs on top of the melted cheese. Spoon over a generous amount of sauce from the saucepan. Serve with a simple side salad or fries.
