  • Iceland Beef Stir Fry Strips
  • Iceland Chopped Garlic
  • Iceland Chilli
  • Iceland Ginger
  • Iceland Stir Fry Mix
  • 300g Egg Noodles
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce

Method

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a wok or large frying pan, heat some oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips and stir fry for 10-12 minutes until browned.
  3. Add the chopped garlic, chilli, and ginger to the pan and stir fry for another minute.
  4. Add the stir fry mix to the pan and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are cooked but still slightly crunchy.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce and stir fry for another minute until everything is well coated and heated through.
  6. Serve the beef stir fry with the cooked egg noodles.
