What you’ll need

Ingredients

• 2 packets of Iceland No Bull Mince
• 1 cup of Iceland Frozen Diced Onions
• 1 sachet of Colman’s Chilli Con Carne Recipe Mix
• 2 cups of Iceland Frozen Mixed Peppers
• 2 tbsp Iceland Frozen Chopped Garlic
• 1 tin of Chopped Tomatoes
• 1 tin of Red Kidney Beans
• 2 tbsp Iceland Frozen Chopped Coriander
• Iceland Zesty Bean Quinoa Steam Bags
• 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
• 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
• 1 Vegetable Stock Cube

Method

  1. Dissolve the stock cube in a jug with the boiling water and pour into the slow cooker.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients except the zesty quinoa and coriander. Then cook for 4 hours on low.
  3. Cook the quinoa as per the packet instructions and add the chopped coriander to the slow cooker and stir.
  4. Empty the quinoa into a serving bowl and top with the chilli non carne. Enjoy your slow cooker vegan chilli today!
