  • 200g Iceland hot and spicy shredded chicken
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 1 Iceland sour cream and chive dip
  • 200g Iceland grated mild coloured cheddar

Method

  1. Follow the preferred on packet instructions for the shredded hot and spicy chicken. Did you know they can be cooked in an air fryer for half the time it takes them in an oven? Saves on those energy bills!
  2. While the chicken is cooking, chop up your lettuce and dice your tomatoes ready for taco construction.
  3. Gently fold your tortillas in half and carefully place them through the bars of the oven rack for five minutes to crisp.
  4. Remove the crisp tortilla tacos from the oven and fill with the chopped lettuce, shredded chicken and tomatoes. Then top off with sour cream and grated cheese.
