• 1 bag of Iceland southern fried shredded chicken
• 2 Uncle Bens spicy Mexican rice
• 1 chopped iceberg lettuce
• 1 Tex Mex dip selection

Method

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to the required temperature and follow the packet instructions for the crispy shredded southern-fried chicken. (You can also use an air fryer.)
  2. 2. Once your chicken is almost cooked, heat the spicy Mexican rice in a microwave for the suggested time.
  3. 3. Chop up your lettuce and layer at the bottom of your two large bowls, then place the rice and chicken strips on top.
  4. 4. Spoon over the desired amount from the Tex Mex dip selection to recreate a KFC original recipe box.
