What you’ll need

Ingredients

• Iceland Luxury 10 Pork Sausages 600g
• 1 can of Napolina Five Bean Salad in Vinaigrette
• 1 can of Chopped Tomatoes
• 1 sachet of Colman’s Chilli Con Carne Recipe Mix
• 3 cups of Iceland Frozen Mixed Peppers
• 1 cup of Iceland Frozen Chopped Onions
• 2 tbsps Iceland Chopped Garlic
• Iceland Golden Savoury Rice Steam Bags
• 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Method

  1. Place a large non stick pan over a high heat and brown the sausages on all sides.
  2. Place the sausages and remaining ingredients into the slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hours.
  3. Heat the golden savoury rice as per the packet instructions and serve in a bowl. Top the rice with the sausage and bean chilli.
