Bring together two family favourites with this easy pizza burger recipe. Combining a sweet brioche bun, tangy tomato purée and melted mozzarella, along with tasty beef patties and salty pepperoni, these crowd-pleasing burgers are sure to be a BBQ hit. Ingredients

  • 4 luxury brioche buns
  • 4 extra tasty burgers
  • 100g Napolina tomato purée
  • 200g Iceland mozzarella
  • 80g deli speciale pepperoni slices

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and cook beef burgers according to the packet instructions.
  2. Heat a dry griddle pan and toast the brioche buns, then spread 25g of tomato purée on the base of each bun.
  3. Once the burgers are cooked, add 50g of mozzarella and 20g of pepperoni to the top. Cook for a further 3-4 minutes until the cheese is nice and melted.
  4. Place the burger on the bun bases and top with the bun lid.
