What you’ll need

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Iceland hoisin shredded chicken
  • 2 egg noodle nests (cooked)
  • 1 pack Iceland stir fry vegetable mix
  • 2 chopped spring onions

From The Cupboard

  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • Vegetable oil

Method

  1. Preheat your oven and follow the packet instructions for our crispy shredded hoisin chicken. Did you know that you can also cook these in an air fryer?
  2. Pop your noodles in a bowl and then top with boiling water straight out the kettle. You do not need to boil these noodles on the hob in a saucepan, just top with water and leave them to stand.
  3. Then over a medium to high heat, add a drizzle of oil to your large pan and stir fry the vegetables.
  4. Add the noodles, honey and soy sauce and cook until it starts to become sticky.
  5. Serve the stir fried noodles onto plates, add the hoisin chicken and finish with the chopped spring onions.
