How to get the best results
Make sure your turkey is defrosted in a large dish, is well covered and has the giblets removed. The turkey must be fully defrosted before cooking, with no ice crystals.
When working out the cooking times, don't forget to include the weight of the stuffing as part of the overall weight. A cool room should be around 17.5°C.
